Chocolate was bred right here in Paris Kentucky and trained on the training track as a youngster and just never had the get up and go button, so he never raced! So this boy has been in training to be someones special forever horse! He has a thick quater horse type build calm easy going safe old soul type of attitude. Great ground manners and easy in the barn. Undersaddle he is quiet but responsive wanting to please. He has a great easy rythemic canter stride making for a nice hunter type canter. He likes to jump but no too quickly... he likes his rider to give him the confidence over fences and of course has cute jumping form! This boy has wintered in ocala florida gaining some miles and has started showing at local shows. He is the same horse on and off property, no prep necessary he is laid back easy to load up and take anywhere kinda guy. Great guy to help keep other young horses at ease too! We see him making a great low level hunter, 4-H, dressage or even low level event horse or even have fun in the Western disciplines with this guy! He has no vices, no health issues no injuries!
